Universal Spread Spectrum Transceiver
The Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum Transceiver TM 245V20 is a jamming proof telemetry system for the transmission
of audio, video and data signals.
The system provides full duplex tranmission and offers up to 3 MBit/s net data transmission rate on Ethernet, RS485/422
and RS232 data signals. Analog data (audio and video with wavelet compression) can be transmitted together with
the digital data.
The system is proof against small bandwidth interferences, reflections and multipath fading. The transmission power
can be adapted to the received field strength. This ensures a high data throughput for all systems sharing the transmission
band and minimizes the radiated power. The standard design of the receiver is a rack-mountable casing that can also be
used as a stand alone unit.
The transceiver is with two antenna connectors matched to 50 Ohms a diversity switch to further reduce the susceptibility
to reflections and fading. The system parameters and the system status can be programmed and surveyed via a RS232 interface.
Intelligent sleep management of the transceiver allows for a very low power comsumption.
Customer specific adaptions of the available transmission interfaces (analog and digital) are possible.
